As a company, we have an extensive and proven track record across The Chilterns & Thames Valley region, in partnering with Architects, Interior designers, Structural engineers & Home Owners. We like to take our construction expertise, apply that to our work and make the lifecycle of a project a forecastable and smooth event for everyone involved.

The company was founded by Duncan Baldwin MCIOB, a chartered construction manager who has a background of project management in large scale commercial and high end residential construction, he also comes from a family background steeped in construction, property renovation and bespoke furniture manufacture. Duncan heads up all commercial aspects of the business and will be a very present face on every scheme that the company runs, Outside of that we have site managers who are the organisational daily face you that will be assigned to your project and will keep you up to date on all activities.

We operate as a principal contractor, which enables us to appoint skilled contractors who are each specialists in their own trade, this factor alone is crucial to achieving high levels of quality. It also means that each individual project has a hand picked team to deal with the work ahead, this can also cross over into working with named contractors (from the tender documents) or incumbent contractors too should there be any preference from the design team or indeed the client themselves. Ultimately, this structure allows us to hand pick the team of contractors that are best suited for the individuality of each scheme we work on. We have a well developed, tried and trusted list of vetted subcontractors that we have delivered many successful projects with already.

Each project we handle has ring fenced finances, so our clients can rest assured that each penny we are paid stays allocated to their specific project as per the financial forecast that we provide from Day 1 on site. This high level of financial accountability and open honesty sets us apart from the rest of the pack. The financial tracking, valuations and payment forecast we provide, ultimately sets out the plan and timeline for the smooth delivery and constant momentum of progress on site, that teamed with our high standards in Health & Safety, Quality workmanship and sub-contractor management, all add layer, upon layer, of reassurance to why we represent the best choice to build your dream home.
